Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used mouth tape.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your order number.

  • Reason for refund, alongside proof of the issue.

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll provide refund.
